1. About these Terms
EVALVED LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“EVALVED,” “we,” “us”), operates evalved.com and Evalved Academy. These Terms cover our public website and the LLM Test Automation program (“Program”). “You” means a website user or, for enrollment provisions, the enrolled student. Sections about paid services apply only if you enroll.
Before payment, we provide the applicable Terms, Privacy Policy and cohort details. Enrollment requires your affirmative acceptance, full payment and our written confirmation. Browsing the website alone does not enroll you or authorize payment. Instructional recording is addressed in Section 6 and forms part of these Terms.
Contact: info@evalved.com. Student support: support@evalved.com. Mailing address: 7901 4th St N, STE 300, St. Petersburg, FL 33702.
2. The Program and enrollment details
The Program consists of 14 live online lessons over approximately 6–7 weeks, depending on holidays and instructor availability, approximately two hours per lesson, with live Q&A, practical exercises, assignments and individual feedback. Tuition includes three career coaching sessions.
No previous coding, AI testing, API or command-line experience is required. A QA or technical background can help but is optional. A compatible Mac and reliable internet connection are required. You must be at least 18 years old, legally able to enter this agreement and provide accurate enrollment information.
We provide the course schedule and time zone before payment and include them in your enrollment confirmation. Setup instructions are provided during onboarding.
- Three individual 30-minute career-coaching sessions are included and must be used within six months after the cohort’s final lesson. Rescheduling requires at least 24 hours’ notice. A missed session or cancellation with less notice counts as used. If EVALVED cancels, the session remains available to reschedule.
- Course completion occurs at the end of the cohort’s final lesson. Every enrolled student receives an EVALVED certificate of completion afterward. Individual feedback covers assigned course homework and the portfolio project submitted during the course or within three months after the final lesson. Work submitted by that deadline will still be reviewed afterward. Unrelated projects and unlimited revision reviews are not included.
- Course questions and announcements use the designated student communication platform, with access instructions provided during onboarding. Student support is available at support@evalved.com during the course. Later administrative and coaching requests remain available by email. Students catch up on missed lessons through recordings; individual makeup lessons are not included.
- Slides, homework, other course materials and recordings remain accessible for 12 months from the cohort start date, subject to Sections 4 and 7. The expiration date is included in enrollment confirmation. Original portfolio work and assets authorized for reuse may be retained under Section 8.
These details form part of your enrollment terms. We will not impose materially more burdensome completion requirements after enrollment. The Program does not include an internship or job placement service.
3. Payment
Tuition is the amount stated in your enrollment agreement, including any applicable tax and separately disclosed charges. The total amount payable is shown before payment.
Tuition is paid in full in one payment before enrollment confirmation. The Program has no deposits, installments, pay-over-time option or recurring tuition subscription. Payments are processed through our payment provider, identified at checkout and in the Privacy Policy. You should not send payment-card information through email or class channels.
4. Refunds and cancellation
- Tuition is non-refundable for student cancellation, withdrawal or nonattendance, except for the EVALVED cancellation or material-change remedies described below and refunds required by applicable law. This policy applies to public, referral and promotional tuition.
- Approved refunds are initiated within 30 calendar days after approval, unless applicable law requires an earlier deadline.
- Voluntary withdrawal without a refund does not automatically end the agreed materials and replay access. A full refund ends class, materials, replay and testing access. Removal for misconduct follows Section 7. Mandatory rights remain applicable.
Send a clear cancellation or refund request to support@evalved.com with your name, enrollment email and cohort. No special wording is required. A request is received when delivered to that address; keep a copy. Missing a lesson alone is not notice of cancellation.
We will explain the determination and calculation in writing. Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method; if unavailable, we will agree a lawful alternative. Payment-provider settlement time is separate from our deadline to initiate a refund. You may ask us to review a determination without losing any external remedy.
If we cancel the cohort, you may choose a full refund of tuition paid or a transfer agreed in writing. We will not assume you accepted a transfer or replace a refund due with a credit without your agreement. If an individual lesson is postponed, we will notify students and reschedule it. For a substantial cohort delay or material reduction in purchased services, we will offer an appropriate refund or a transfer agreed with you, subject to applicable law.
Mandatory cancellation rights, legally required refunds and other nonwaivable remedies prevail over these Terms.
5. Learning access and chatbot testing
We provide access instructions for the designated class, materials and communication services. Access and private class links are personal; protect your credentials and report suspected unauthorized use to info@evalved.com.
AI Assistant testing access lasts until the next testing API key reset. After a reset, contact support@evalved.com to request a replacement testing API key. A testing API key reset does not end your access to testing exercises during the course. Testing access is separate from the 12-month replay period; perpetual API service is not promised.
EVALVED’s server-side cloud-provider keys are not student testing API keys.
Use the environment only for authorized course exercises. Adversarial testing is permitted within the scope expressly authorized for an exercise. Do not attack unrelated systems, bypass access controls, share keys or use the service unlawfully. Use synthetic test data; do not submit sensitive personal data, employer-confidential information or live third-party credentials. We may temporarily restrict access to contain compromised credentials, abuse or a material security issue, with notice where reasonably practicable.
6. Recordings and replay access
We record live lessons for instructional review. Recordings may contain shared screens, voices, displayed names, visible camera feeds and contributions. Recordings may also include chat capture, transcripts or additional recording features.
Live lessons are recorded for instructional review and restricted cohort replay. By accepting these Terms and enrolling, you agree to the recording of your contributions as described in this section. Students who do not agree to instructional recording cannot enroll.
Recordings are made and stored using company-controlled systems. Replay access is restricted to enrolled students in the recorded cohort and authorized EVALVED personnel. Your replay access lasts 12 months from the cohort start date, including the Program period, subject to lawful cancellation or termination. Storage and deletion are addressed separately in the Privacy Policy.
Replays are for personal study. Without written permission, do not download, copy, sell, publish, redistribute or livestream them, share restricted links, or allow others to use your access. Do not independently record a class without our authorization and any legally required participant consent. Mandatory legal rights and protected disclosures remain unaffected.
For recording concerns, contact support@evalved.com with the lesson and approximate timestamp. We will consider appropriate restriction, editing or removal.
7. Conduct and AI assistance
Participate respectfully and follow reasonable class instructions. Harassment, discriminatory abuse, threats, impersonation, fraud, spam and material disruption are prohibited. Do not disclose private class discussions, other participants’ personal information or work, or protected course materials without permission. Honest reviews, lawful complaints and protected reporting remain permitted.
You may use tools such as ChatGPT or Claude to help understand material and complete exercises unless an assignment states a specific assessment restriction. Follow the assignment’s rules for acknowledging assistance; understand and check the work you submit. Do not present someone else’s work as your own or send private student information, company secrets or credentials to an AI tool.
We may warn, restrict a feature, suspend access or terminate participation for violations, proportionate to seriousness, impact and recurrence. Immediate restrictions may be needed for credible safety or security risks. Where reasonably practicable, we explain the reason and allow you to respond.
8. Course materials and your portfolio
EVALVED and its licensors retain rights in their website, branding, software, lessons and recordings. You receive a personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to use provided materials for learning during the disclosed access periods. Third-party and open-source licenses continue to apply. Do not resell or distribute protected materials without authorization.
You retain rights in your original assignments and portfolio work. You may retain and publish your original portfolio repository and apply learned skills professionally. You may include EVALVED starter files, templates and datasets expressly identified for public portfolio reuse in the starter repository’s README or license notice, subject to the stated conditions. Third-party materials remain subject to their own licenses. Remove credentials, confidential information, other students’ work and materials not authorized for public reuse. This permission does not extend to lesson slides, recordings or other protected course content.
You permit us to access and reproduce submitted work only as reasonably necessary for teaching, assessment, feedback and applicable recordkeeping. Public promotion of identifiable student work requires separate permission. Send copyright or content-rights concerns to info@evalved.com with the material and basis of your concern.
9. Website use, other services and privacy
You may use public pages for lawful inquiries, share public links and use available enrollment functions. Do not obtain unauthorized access, defeat security, introduce malicious code, impersonate others, misuse forms, transmit spam or materially interfere with the website.
We may maintain or temporarily interrupt public pages and correct errors. We do not promise uninterrupted website availability. Third-party platforms have their own terms and privacy notices; using them does not remove our obligations for the services we agree to provide. Material lesson or service changes will be communicated and handled under Section 4 and applicable law.
The Privacy Policy explains personal-information processing, providers, recordings, chatbot data, cookies and choices. Acknowledging that notice is not blanket consent to optional marketing or tracking.
10. Outcomes, complaints and legal terms
We will provide the agreed services with reasonable care and skill. Your results depend on practice and individual circumstances. We do not guarantee employment, salary, interview success, professional licensure or accreditation. The EVALVED certificate of completion confirms completion of the Program; it is not a professional license or accreditation. Coaching is educational guidance.
Send complaints, accessibility requests and participation concerns to support@evalved.com. We consider accessibility requests under applicable law. This process does not restrict access to regulators or other legal remedies.
Nothing excludes a warranty, liability or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
These Terms and your confirmed cohort details govern enrollment; specific cohort particulars control their subject matter, subject to mandatory law. Referral Program Terms govern referral eligibility and rewards. Later website changes will not retroactively reduce purchased rights. Material contractual changes require agreement unless required by law; additional notice or consent will be obtained where required.
An invalid provision is severed only to the extent permitted by law. Failure to enforce a provision once is not a continuing waiver. Notices use the enrollment email and our contact details, with mailing notices where legally required. Electronic acceptance is recorded, and you receive the accepted Terms and cohort details.
