1. Who we are
EVALVED LLC (“EVALVED,” “we,” “us”) operates evalved.com and Evalved Academy’s LLM Test Automation program. This Policy explains personal-information processing for website visitors, prospective students, enrolled students and referrers.
Contact us at support@evalved.com or 7901 4th St N, STE 300, St. Petersburg, FL 33702. General inquiries: info@evalved.com. This notice describes processing; it does not create blanket consent or waive your rights.
2. Information we process
Contact and enrollment information: your name, email, phone number, cohort selection, referral attribution, purchase information and acceptance records, including accepted versions and timestamps. We limit collection to information needed for our services and legal obligations. We do not routinely request birth dates, home addresses or identification documents; these may be requested only when necessary for a specific purpose.
Learning and support information: submitted assignments, feedback, questions, messages, identifiers and participation records processed and retained through our enabled learning and support platforms.
Recordings: live lessons can capture displayed names, voices, visible video, shared screens and contributions. Recordings may also contain recorded chat, transcripts and additional features. The Terms & Conditions describe instructional recording and replay access.
Payments: our payment service processes transaction information; EVALVED receives the records needed to manage enrollment, refunds and accounting. Do not send full payment-card information by ordinary email or class channels.
We collect contact, referral, payment and tax information as needed to administer referral rewards and meet legal obligations.
Website and testing data: website, account, backend and cloud services process information needed to deliver requests. This can include network identifiers, timestamps, diagnostic and usage information, and test prompts and responses.
Information comes from you, your participation and the providers used to deliver our services. Use synthetic data for testing. Do not put sensitive personal information, employer-confidential data or live secrets into prompts or assignments.
3. Why we use it
We use relevant information to answer inquiries; enroll students; process payments, refunds and referrals; teach and assess work; provide feedback, coaching, support and replays; manage access and security; investigate concerns; and meet legal recordkeeping obligations.
Optional marketing communications are separate from necessary enrollment and service messages. You may unsubscribe from optional promotional emails. Instructional recording consent does not authorize promotional use of identifiable students; that requires separate, specific permission.
4. Who receives it
Authorized EVALVED personnel receive information needed for their duties. The owner retains company and Workspace administrator and recovery access. The instructor receives Meet co-host permissions; any separately authorized access to assignments or storage must be limited to teaching duties.
The AI Assistant uses an EVALVED-controlled backend and Azure OpenAI to process testing requests. Testing API keys are separate from server-side cloud-provider credentials.
Providers’ roles and independent processing are described in their notices and applicable agreements.
Cohort participants may see names, contributions, shared work and replays made available to that cohort. They are not authorized to redistribute another participant’s private information.
We may make disclosures required by law or reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, protect safety or systems, or establish, exercise or defend legal claims, subject to applicable safeguards. Referrers receive only information needed to administer the referral, rather than unrelated student work or coaching information.
We do not sell personal information.
5. Retention and security
We retain information for the relevant service purpose, required recordkeeping and resolution of documented disputes.
Student replay access lasts 12 months from the cohort start date. That access period does not mean every recording, backup or associated record is deleted on the same date.
We use safeguards appropriate to the information and systems involved, including limiting authorized access. No storage or transmission method guarantees absolute security. Report suspected unauthorized access or disclosure to support@evalved.com. This statement does not limit obligations imposed by law.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies and similar technologies, such as local storage and pixels, can support website functions or measure use.
Any necessary, preference, analytics and advertising categories must reflect the deployed site.
Browser settings may block or delete cookies, but may not control every technology; blocking necessary storage can affect requested functions. Where prior consent is legally required, optional technologies must not operate before that consent.
7. Your choices and rights
Email support@evalved.com to request access to, correction or deletion of your information, or to exercise other rights available under applicable law. We may take proportionate steps to verify identity and respond under the applicable deadlines, exceptions and appeal rules. Legally protected privacy requests do not result in unlawful discrimination.
You may unsubscribe from optional promotional communications through the provided mechanism or by contacting us. Necessary enrollment and service messages may continue. Contact support@evalved.com with recording concerns. Applicable privacy rights remain unaffected.
Information processed by an independent service can also be subject to its own rights-request process. We remain responsible for the obligations that apply to EVALVED.
8. Age, international processing and updates
Enrollment is limited to people aged 18 or older who are legally able to enter the enrollment agreement. Report suspected unintended collection of a child’s information to support@evalved.com. We will handle it under applicable law.
We do not promise a specific data-residency location unless expressly stated.
We identify the effective date of updates and provide additional notice or obtain consent where required. A revised notice does not retroactively authorize a use that required consent we did not obtain.
